Expert-Led Talks & Seminars
UKCW London will host over 300 speakers across CPD sessions, panel discussions, and workshops. The seminar programme covers procurement, retrofit, housing, skills shortages, social value, and innovation.
On 8th May, the National Retrofit Hub (NRH) will take over the Housing Action Hub, driving collaboration and solutions in homebuilding and efficiency. Visitors can attend expert keynotes and discussions on the future of retrofit and evolving regulations.

With the Procurement Act 2023 now in effect, UK Construction Week London has teamed up with Procurement Hub to enhance the event’s popular Buyers Lounge. Specialist contractors will have direct access to Procurement Hub and key partners - including Willmott Dixon, Robertson Construction, Fortem, Savills, and Places for People - to explore procurement solutions and supply chain opportunities.
As one of the UK’s fastest-growing procurement consortia, Procurement Hub will also host a series of talks on the new procurement landscape and accessing local authority tenders.
