Taiwan quake

News agency AFP has reported that the Taiwan quake in April was the most powerful in 25 years.
Although 17 people have been reported dead, hundreds were injured and dozens of buildings were damaged, strict building regulations and widespread public disaster awareness appear to have staved off a major catastrophe.
