DLUHC building safety consultations close on 12 October

Two consultations launched by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities in relation to technical proposals outlining in the Building Safety Act (England) will close on 12 October.

The consultations focus on implementing the new Building Control regime for higher-risk buildings and the in-occupation regime for occupied higher-risk buildings.
